After going through many,  many ordeals with my new car, I finally was able to schedule a 1 step ceramic coating with Daniel (my car already had very light swirls at this point). Initially,  I was asking about the one that required more work (and more expensive),  but he was an honest man and said that looking at my paint/swirls, a 1 step would suffice and remove 90% if I wanted that. I agreed and he immediately got to work. 2.5 hours later, my car was done and shiny! He gave some pointers along the way about proper methods of washing cars and maintaining the ceramic coating. It came out pretty good! Hopefully, it’ll last the 3 years,  and by then I’ll probably do this again :]
